It worked so great that we bought another for our bedroom and then another for our motor home. I run them continously, clean them about month and my allergy problems nearly disappeared. My sister lives in a very old house and the basement has been wet more than once. She refinished it and put her bedroom down there and suddenly started having one sinus infection after another. I gave her the one from our motor home and within two days she had symptom relief. Now I am researching costs because my parents want to purchase one or two of them. I am never sick, but after starting the job I was sick for 4 months straight. Many of the people working here were sick frequently. We had tests done and found that the mold count was off the charts... It also didn't help that most of the people we see are sick. My agency was kind enough to purchase us one of these units for our office. We're sure to maintain it by cleaning the filters as instructed every month. My only complaint is that it's so loud on the medium or high settings. The low setting is quiet but the others make you feel like a tornado is coming. I must say that I thought it would be quieter than what it is. I'm not impressed. |
